Maxforce Benefits: What the Gummies May Support
The Maxforce label says the gummies may support vitality, drive and performance.
Each of those three words carries an asterisk on the jar. Each gummy holds an 82 mg blend of nine ingredients.
See the nine ingredients behind the claims.
What are the Maxforce benefits on the label?
Three words, each with an asterisk.
The Maxforce label makes three claims: "May Support: Vitality*, Drive*, Performance*". Each word carries an asterisk. That asterisk points to the FDA note below.
These are structure/function claims. FDA does not review them before sale. They must carry a disclaimer that the product is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease (FDA Supplements Q&A, 2026).
Vitality*
Everyday energy and a sense of being well. The broadest of the three words.
Drive*
Interest and desire. The word the barks, maca and horny goat weed are aimed at.
Performance*
Confidence in the bedroom. The word arginine and catuaba are aimed at.
Maxforce and vitality: what the research shows
A mild idea with mild evidence.
Vitality is the label's broadest word. In this formula it leans on ashwagandha and on 5 mg of caffeine.
The best men's study of ashwagandha ran 8 weeks in 57 older men. Testosterone rose 14.7% more than placebo. But fatigue, vigour and sexual well-being were no better than placebo (Lopresti et al., 2019). That study used a dose far above what one gummy could hold.
Caffeine is the other piece. Five milligrams is about 1/12 to 1/20 of a 16-ounce cup of tea (MedlinePlus, Caffeine in the diet, 2025). Most men will not feel it.

Maxforce and drive: does it help libido?
Popular herbs, limited proof.

Drive means desire. Four ingredients are aimed at it: maca, muira puama, catuaba and horny goat weed. The evidence for each is thin.
Maca has the most study, and even that is small. The barks and horny goat weed have less.
What the studies found for drive
| Ingredient | Human evidence for desire | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Maca | "Limited evidence" from a few small trials at gram doses | Shin et al., 2010 |
| Muira puama | Clinical evidence lacking | Drugs.com, Muira puama, 2026 |
| Catuaba | Limited; benefits not well defined | WebMD, Catuaba, 2026 |
| Horny goat weed | No human trials for sexual function | MSKCC Epimedium, 2023 |
| L-arginine | Desire scores did not change in a review | Rhim et al., 2019 |
Low desire has many causes, such as stress, poor sleep, medicines, low testosterone or depression (MedlinePlus, 2025). If it is new or lasting, a doctor visit can find the reason. Our male vitality guide covers these causes.

Maxforce and performance: arginine and catuaba
Real studies, much bigger doses.
Performance is the most sensitive of the three words. In this formula, L-arginine carries it.
A 2019 review found arginine improved mild to moderate ED scores versus placebo or no treatment. Side effects were more common on arginine, 8.3% versus 2.3%, though none were severe (Rhim et al., 2019).
The catch is the dose. Those studies used 1,500 to 5,000 mg a day. The whole Maxforce blend is 82 mg.
Catuaba is the other performance herb, and its human evidence is limited (WebMD, Catuaba, 2026). Read the arginine and circulation page for the full study picture.
The extra Maxforce sales-page claims, checked
The label is modest. The sales page is not.
The sales page goes further than the label. Here is each extra claim next to what we found. Our label vs sales page guide has more detail.
Sales-page claims compared with the label and the research
| Sales-page claim | On the label? | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| Supports sexual health | No | No study of the formula; ingredient evidence is limited |
| Increases vitality and energy | Partly ("vitality") | 5 mg caffeine; ashwagandha no better than placebo for vigour |
| Healthy blood circulation for cardiovascular function | No | Arginine idea at a tiny fraction of studied doses |
| Healthy blood sugar levels | No | No supporting evidence; adds 3 g sugar |
| Number 1 in safety | No | No safety ranking exists; the label carries warnings |
| Precise doses for maximum effect | No | Doses are not published, except caffeine |
| Especially good for older men | No | No evidence found |
None of this means the gummy is useless. It means the label's modest "may support" is the honest ceiling. The FTC expects health claims to rest on solid human evidence for the same product and dose (FTC Health Products Compliance Guidance, 2022).
Is Maxforce good for circulation and the heart?
A sales idea, not a proven benefit.
No evidence shows Maxforce helps circulation or heart function. The claim comes from L-arginine, which the body uses to make nitric oxide. Nitric oxide relaxes blood vessels.
For men with heart issues, some ingredients point the other way. Arginine can lower blood pressure, and after a heart attack it may raise the risk of death (MSK About Herbs, Arginine, 2022). Horny goat weed has been linked to rapid, irregular heartbeat (OPSS, Horny goat weed, 2024).
ED and heart disease share blood-vessel damage. ED may appear years before heart symptoms (Mayo Clinic, ED and heart disease, 2026). A man with unexplained ED needs a heart check, not a circulation gummy.

What Maxforce cannot do
Honest limits help you choose.
Maxforce cannot treat erectile dysfunction. It cannot raise testosterone, change size, or fix heart disease or blood sugar. The label claims none of these, and this site never will.
What it can offer
- May fit a simple daily routine
- Small caffeine dose
- Label lists all nine ingredients
- 60-day money-back window
Where it falls short
- No product study
- Doses are a tiny fraction of research amounts
- 3 g added sugar a gummy
- Not a substitute for a doctor visit
ED is common, but "not a routine part of aging" (NIDDK, Definition & Facts for ED, 2024). A doctor can often find the cause and treat it. That visit is worth more than any gummy.
How to judge Maxforce benefits fairly
Same dose, same time, honest notes.
If you decide to try Maxforce, give it a fair, simple test. Take one gummy a day at the same time. Keep short weekly notes on energy, drive and confidence.
Decide well before day 60 from purchase, because that is when the money-back window closes. Our Maxforce results timeline lays out the checkpoints, and the guarantee page covers the refund rules.
Weeks 1–2
Build the habit. Note any side effects.
Weeks 3–6
Keep notes. Look for a trend, not a single good day.
Week 7
Decide. Keep going, or start a refund well before day 60.
Maxforce benefits: common questions
What are the benefits of Maxforce gummies?
The label says Maxforce "may support" vitality, drive and performance, with the FDA disclaimer. Those are the only benefits the jar claims. No study has tested the formula, so how much it helps is not known.
Does Max Force work?
It has not been tested as a product, so nobody can say for sure. Some single ingredients have small human studies, but at doses many times larger than one gummy holds. The fair answer is that it may help a little, or not at all.
Do male enhancement gummies work?
Most have no published study of the product itself. Their ingredients usually have mixed or limited evidence at higher doses. Proven ED medicines are prescription drugs, and a doctor can explain those options.
Does Maxforce increase blood flow?
That is not proven. The sales page talks about circulation because of L-arginine. Arginine studies used 1,500 to 5,000 mg a day, while the whole Maxforce blend is 82 mg.
Does Maxforce help with energy?
It may give a very light lift at most. The only stimulant is 5 mg of caffeine, about a few sips of tea. In a men's study, ashwagandha did not beat placebo for fatigue or vigour.
Can Maxforce support healthy blood sugar?
There is no evidence that it can, and the label makes no such claim. The claim appears only on the sales page. Each gummy adds 3 g of sugar, and NCCIH warns against replacing diabetes care with unproven products.
Will Maxforce make me bigger?
No. Maxforce makes no size claim, and no supplement has been shown to change anatomy. Be wary of any product that promises that.
Does Maxforce work like prescription ED pills?
No. Prescription ED medicines are PDE5 inhibitors that a health care professional prescribes. Maxforce is a supplement with herbs, an amino acid and a little caffeine.
Are Maxforce benefits permanent?
No lasting benefit has been shown. Any effect from a daily supplement would depend on taking it daily. If you stop, expect to be back where you started.
