How Does Maxforce Work? The Daily Blend Explained
Maxforce is meant to work as a daily support blend, one gummy at a time.
Each gummy holds an 82 mg mix of nine ingredients in five groups, including Brazilian barks, maca, ashwagandha and 5 mg caffeine. It is not a PDE5 drug.
How is Maxforce supposed to work?
Nine ingredients, five groups, one gummy a day.

Maxforce is designed as a daily support blend. Each gummy holds an 82 mg proprietary blend of nine ingredients. The label says it "may support" vitality, drive and performance.
The idea is to stack small amounts of herbs with a long history in men's products. One amino acid, L-arginine, adds a blood-flow angle. A pinch of caffeine adds a light lift.
It is not a drug and does not act on demand. It is a steady routine, judged over weeks.

What is Maxforce? A supplement, not a PDE5 drug
Different category, different rules, different evidence.
Maxforce is a dietary supplement. It is not a prescription erectile dysfunction medicine. The proven oral ED medicines are PDE5 inhibitors, and a health care professional prescribes them (NIDDK, Treatment for ED, 2024).
Supplements work under different rules. FDA does not approve them before they are sold, and the maker is responsible for safety and honest labels (FDA Supplements Q&A, 2026). That is why the claim words carry an asterisk.
Maxforce compared with a prescription ED medicine
| Point | Maxforce | Prescription ED medicine |
|---|---|---|
| Type | Dietary supplement | Prescription drug |
| FDA review before sale | No | Yes, approved as a drug |
| How it is used | 1 gummy daily, as a routine | As your prescriber directs |
| Evidence for the product | No study of the formula | Large clinical trials |
| Who decides | You, ideally with your doctor | A licensed prescriber |
Some products sold as supplements for men have been caught hiding prescription drugs (FDA public notification, 2021). The Maxforce label lists none. No independent lab test of Maxforce has been published yet, which our testing and quality page explains.
Maxforce ingredients and how each group is meant to help
Tap a tab to see one group.
Intended job: Muira puama and catuaba are traditional Brazilian barks used for desire and drive.
What research says: Muira puama alone lacks clinical evidence (Drugs.com, Muira puama, 2026). Catuaba has limited human data, and many products sold as catuaba held a different plant (WebMD, Catuaba, 2026).
Dose note: No studied dose exists for either bark in humans.
Read more on the Brazilian barks page.
Intended job: Maca is meant for drive. Ashwagandha is meant for stress and everyday vitality.
What research says: Maca has "limited evidence" from a few small trials (Shin et al., 2010). In one 8-week trial in men, ashwagandha raised testosterone but did not beat placebo for fatigue, vigour or sexual well-being (Lopresti et al., 2019).
Dose note: Maca trials used 1.5 to 3 g a day. Ashwagandha trials used roughly 300 to 600 mg.
Read more on the maca root page.
Intended job: L-arginine helps the body make nitric oxide, which relaxes blood vessels. This is the formula's circulation idea.
What research says: A review found arginine helped mild to moderate ED scores versus placebo, but desire scores did not change (Rhim et al., 2019).
Dose note: Those studies used 1,500 to 5,000 mg a day.
Read more on the arginine and circulation page.
Intended job: Tribulus and horny goat weed are classic names in male formulas.
What research says: Tribulus did not raise testosterone in humans (Qureshi et al., 2014). Horny goat weed has no human trials for sexual function (MSKCC Epimedium, 2023).
Dose note: No useful human dose exists for horny goat weed. The label gives no icariin content.
Read more on the tribulus and epimedium page.
Intended job: Green tea extract and caffeine add a light alertness note.
What research says: Caffeine is well understood. Up to 400 mg a day is not generally linked to harm in healthy adults (FDA, Caffeine).
Dose note: The label prints 5 mg of caffeine. Green tea extract has no listed amount.

How much of each ingredient is in a Maxforce gummy?
One total, eight hidden splits, small amounts.
The label gives one total: 82 mg for the whole blend. Only caffeine has its own amount, 5 mg. The split between the other eight is not published.
If the blend were split evenly, each ingredient would get about 9 mg.
Studied daily doses compared with the full 82 mg blend (bar length is a rough visual scale)
The label also says the blend equals about 567 mg of dry powders. That is an extract ratio, about 7 to 1. It does not mean 567 mg of extract is inside. Even 567 mg is below the low end of a single maca study dose. See the full panel on our Maxforce supplement facts page.
Does Maxforce work? What the evidence covers
Ingredient studies exist. Product studies do not.
No published study has tested Maxforce itself. What exists are studies of single ingredients, mostly at doses many times larger.
The FTC says ingredient studies may not support claims for a finished product unless the dose, formula and people studied match (FTC Health Products Compliance Guidance, 2022). Here they do not match.
- A clinical trial of the Maxforce formulaNot published
- The amount of each ingredient, except caffeineNot published
- Human studies of single ingredients, at higher dosesSome

- An independent lab certificate for the productNot published
So the honest answer is that it might help some men a little, and it might do nothing noticeable. The label's "may support" wording fits that picture.
Why Maxforce is a daily gummy, not an on-demand pill
Built for habit, not for the moment.
The label says 1 gummy once daily. That points to a steady routine, the way people take a multivitamin with breakfast.
Herbs like maca and ashwagandha were studied over weeks, not hours. So any effect from this kind of blend would build slowly, if at all.
The only quick-acting part is caffeine, and 5 mg is tiny. A 16-ounce cup of tea has about 60 to 100 mg (MedlinePlus, Caffeine in the diet, 2025). Most men will not feel a gummy's caffeine.
Same time daily
A fixed habit makes a fair trial possible.
Judge in weeks
Look for trends over a month or two, not on day one.
Earlier is easier
Morning or midday keeps the caffeine away from bedtime.

What else is in a Maxforce gummy: sugar, pectin and sorbitol
Mostly gummy, a little blend.

The active blend is small. The rest of the gummy is the chewable base: corn syrup, cane sugar, water, apple pectin, sorbitol liquid, natural flavors, citric acid, sodium citrate dihydrate.
Apple pectin is what makes it set like a gummy. Corn syrup and cane sugar make it sweet. Each gummy has 3 g of added sugar, about 8% of the 36 g daily limit the American Heart Association suggests for men (AHA, How Much Sugar Is Too Much?, 2026).
Sorbitol is a sugar alcohol. Its amount is not printed, but total carbohydrate is only 3 g, so it is small.

What the Maxforce formula is not built to do
Know where the formula stops.
Maxforce is not made to treat erectile dysfunction, raise testosterone, change size, or help the heart or blood sugar. The label does not claim those things, and neither do we.
ED can be an early sign of a blood-vessel problem. It may show up years before heart symptoms (Mayo Clinic, ED and heart disease, 2026). That is why a man with new or unexplained ED should see a doctor before trying any supplement.
Maxforce label vs sales page: which ingredient list to trust
Nine on the jar, five on the sales page.
Go by the jar label. The sales page names five ingredients: muira puama, maca, catuaba, ashwagandha and L-arginine. The label lists nine.
The four missing from the sales page are green tea extract, caffeine, tribulus and horny goat weed. They matter, because they carry the stimulant, heart-rate and liver cautions. Our label vs sales page guide lines them up side by side, and the Maxforce ingredients page covers all nine.

How Maxforce works: common questions
How does Maxforce work?
Maxforce is meant to work as a small daily blend, not a fast-acting pill. One gummy carries an 82 mg mix of nine plant and nutrient ingredients picked for vitality, drive and performance. No study has tested the finished formula, so how well it works is not known.
What is Maxforce?
Maxforce Male Enhancement Gummies are a dietary supplement for adult men. The jar holds 30 gummies, and the label says to take 1 gummy once daily. The label's own claim words are vitality, drive and performance, with the FDA disclaimer.
Is Maxforce a PDE5 inhibitor like prescription ED pills?
No. The label lists no prescription drug, and PDE5 inhibitors are medicines a health care professional prescribes. Maxforce is a supplement made of herbs, an amino acid and 5 mg of caffeine.
Does Maxforce work right away?
It is not built to act on demand. The only fast-acting ingredient is caffeine, and 5 mg is about a few sips of tea. Any other effect, if it comes, would be a slow trend over weeks.
How much L-arginine is in Maxforce?
The exact amount is not published. L-arginine is one of nine ingredients that share an 82 mg blend. Arginine studies for erection quality used 1,500 to 5,000 mg a day, so the gummy holds a small fraction of that.
What does 'equivalent to 567 mg of dry powders' mean on the Maxforce label?
It is an extract-ratio note. The 82 mg of concentrated extract stands in for about 567 mg of raw plant powder. The gummy does not contain 567 mg of extract.
Has Maxforce been clinically tested?
No published clinical study has tested Maxforce itself. Some single ingredients have small human studies at much higher doses. The FTC notes that ingredient studies do not prove a finished product works unless dose and formula match.
Does Maxforce raise testosterone?
Maxforce makes no testosterone claim, and this site does not either. Tribulus did not raise testosterone in human reviews. If you think your levels are low, a doctor can check with two early-morning blood tests.
