Learn about each ingredient.

The panel

What does the Maxforce Supplement Facts panel say?

Six short lines and one blend. Here is what each one tells you.

Full Maxforce label: suggested use, warning, distributor, May Support vitality, drive and performance, and Supplement Facts with 3 g added sugar and an 82 mg blend including caffeine 5 mg
The full jar label. The Supplement Facts box sits on the right; suggested use, warning and distributor run down the left side.

The Maxforce panel is short. One gummy is one serving, and the jar holds 30. Each gummy has 10 calories, 3 g of carbohydrate, 3 g of added sugar and 4 mg of sodium.

Below that sits one line that matters most: Proprietary Blend, 82 mg. It holds all nine active ingredients. Caffeine is the only one with its own amount, at 5 mg.

Below, each number is turned into something you can picture.

82 mg explained

What does "82 MG per serving" mean on the Maxforce jar?

An 82 mg concentrate said to equal about 567 mg of raw plant.

The front of the jar says "82 MG Per Serving" with two asterisks. That number is the weight of the whole blend in one gummy. It is not per ingredient.

The footnote adds that the 82 mg blend is "equivalent to approximately 567 mg of dry powders". That describes an extract ratio: a dried concentrate weighs much less than the plant it came from.

82 mgextract in the gummy× about 7average ratio≈ 567 mgraw plant it stands for
  1. 1

    Start with dried plant

About 567 mg of dried bark, root and leaf, by the label's math.

  2. 2

    Extract it

A solvent pulls compounds out and leaves the fiber behind.

  3. 3

    Dry the extract

What remains is a concentrate about one seventh of the starting weight.

  4. 4

    Blend into a gummy

82 mg of that concentrate goes into each gummy, with 5 mg of caffeine inside it.

Proprietary blend

Why the Maxforce proprietary blend hides the split

Eight ingredients share about 77 mg. The split is not published.

A proprietary blend lets a maker list the total weight without each ingredient's amount. It is legal and common, but you cannot compare each ingredient with research.

Simple math: set aside the 5 mg of caffeine and share the rest evenly.

82 mgblend− 5 mgcaffeine= 77 mgfor eight≈ 9.6 mgeach, on average

Average blend share vs studied doses (calculated)

IngredientStudied daily amountTimes the 9.6 mg averageSource
L-arginine1,500–5,000 mgabout 156–520×Rhim et al., 2019
Maca1,500–3,500 mgabout 156–365×Shin et al., 2010
Muira puama1,000–1,500 mgabout 104–156×Drugs.com, Muira puama, 2026
Ashwagandha225–1,250 mgabout 23–130×NIH ODS Ashwagandha, 2025

The real split could be lopsided. Muira puama is listed first, so it is likely the largest share. Still, no single ingredient can exceed 77 mg. The FTC says ingredient studies only support a product when dose and formula match (FTC Health Products Compliance Guidance, 2022).

Sugar math

How much sugar does Maxforce add to your day?

3 g a day, 90 g a jar, about 8% of a man's daily limit.

Each gummy has 3 g of sugar, all added. The American Heart Association suggests men keep added sugar to 36 g a day, or about 9 teaspoons (AHA, How Much Sugar Is Too Much?, 2026).

3 gper gummy× 30days= 90 gper jar

Maxforce added sugar vs the AHA limit for men

One gummy3 gabout 8% of 36 g
One gummy, in teaspoonsabout ¾ tspAHA math: 4 g per teaspoon
A month of gummies90 gabout 2.5 days of the daily limit

The other sweetener on the label is sorbitol, a sugar alcohol. Its amount is not printed. Total carbohydrate is only 3 g, so it must be small. Federal rules require a laxative warning only when a food could lead to 50 g of sorbitol a day (21 CFR 184.1835 (sorbitol)). One gummy is nowhere near that.

More on this in our post on sugar in gummy supplements.

Caffeine math

How much caffeine is in Maxforce?

5 mg: a few sips of tea, not a cup of coffee.

The label lists 5 mg of caffeine per gummy, plus green tea extract. Green tea extract may hold some natural caffeine too, but its amount is not printed. So treat 5 mg as the known floor.

Is 5 mg a lot? No. A 16-ounce cup of green or black tea has about 60 to 100 mg. A 6-ounce cup of brewed coffee has about 75 to 100 mg (MedlinePlus, Caffeine in the diet, 2025).

5 mg of caffeine in context (calculated)

ComparisonCaffeineOne gummy equals
16-oz cup of tea60–100 mgabout 1/12 to 1/20 of a cup
6-oz cup of brewed coffee75–100 mgabout 1/15 to 1/20 of a cup
FDA daily guide for healthy adults400 mgabout 1.25% (FDA, Caffeine)

Small, but not zero. If caffeine bothers your sleep, a morning gummy is a sensible habit. The caffeine and green tea page has the details.

Label claims

What claims are on the Maxforce label?

Three words, one asterisk and a federal note.

The front of the jar says the gummies "May Support: Vitality*, Drive*, Performance*". The asterisk points to the standard FDA note.

These are structure and function claims. FDA does not review them before sale, and the maker is responsible for keeping them truthful (FDA Supplements Q&A, 2026).

No study has tested Maxforce itself. The jar does not claim to treat erectile dysfunction, raise testosterone or help the heart or blood sugar. If you have ED, a doctor visit comes first, because ED can be a sign of a health problem that needs care (NIDDK, Symptoms & Causes of ED, 2024).

The sales page adds claims the label does not make. Our label vs sales page page lays them side by side.

Two practical notes. The seal under the cap matters, so do not use a jar with a broken seal. And "produced in a GMP facility" describes manufacturing practices, not FDA approval. For timing tips, see how to use Maxforce.

FAQ

Maxforce supplement facts questions

What does 82 mg per serving mean on Maxforce?

It means one gummy holds 82 mg of the proprietary blend, the nine active ingredients combined. It is the weight of the blend, not of each ingredient. Only caffeine (5 mg) has its own number.

What does 'equivalent to 567 mg of dry powders' mean?

It is an extract-ratio claim. Concentrated extracts weigh less than the raw plant they came from, so 82 mg of extract is said to stand in for about 567 mg of dried plant. The gummy does not contain 567 mg of anything.

How much sugar is in Maxforce gummies?

Each gummy has 3 g of sugar, and all 3 g are added sugar (6% DV). That is about 8% of the American Heart Association's 36 g daily limit for men (AHA, How Much Sugar Is Too Much?, 2026).

How much caffeine is in one Maxforce gummy?

The label lists 5 mg of caffeine per gummy. A 16-ounce cup of green or black tea has about 60 to 100 mg (MedlinePlus, Caffeine in the diet, 2025), so one gummy is a few sips' worth.

How many calories are in a Maxforce gummy?

Ten calories per gummy, according to the Supplement Facts panel. At one gummy a day, a 30-gummy jar adds 300 calories over a month.

What is the serving size of Maxforce?

One gummy is one serving, and the jar holds 30 servings. The label says to take 1 gummy once daily, or as directed by a qualified health care professional.

Is Maxforce FDA approved?

No. FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold (FDA Supplements Q&A, 2026). The label says the product is made in a GMP facility, which is a manufacturing standard, not an approval.

Does the Maxforce label show each ingredient amount?

No. It shows one total for the blend (82 mg) and one amount inside it (caffeine, 5 mg). How the other 77 mg splits between eight ingredients is not published.

Who makes Maxforce gummies?

The label says the gummies are distributed by Info Wealth CO in Pinellas Park, Florida, and made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. The actual manufacturer is not named on the label.
